In fact, only holding company name Dynamics Colours Limited. Majority of subsidiaries across Malaysia, Vietnam, China's Suzhou have name of Huiye.

Their history can be traced back to the late 1980’s when their founders, Mr Yeo Hock Leng and Ms Goh Seok Eng, began blending and selling colour pigments in Singapore. They expanded into Malaysia, specialising in the plastic compounding business with a primary focus on the Malaysian market.
In the mid-1990’s, Mr Yeo Hock Leng and Ms Goh Seok Eng saw the growth opportunities in China and made a decision to expand their operations to China. The operations grew over the years and in June 2001, the company started to undertake indirect export sales to our MNC customers who have production facilities located in the PRC.
Mr Yeo as Executive Chairman and Group Managing Director, is responsible for the general management and strategic development of our Group’s business operations.
Mdm Goh Seok Eng is our Deputy Group Managing Director and Technical Director.She is overall in-charge of technical and product development, procurement and sales matters for the Group.
In September 2005, S.L. Packaging Pte Ltd was acquired. It is principally engaged in the production of heavy duty polyethylene bags primarily for the petrochemical industry. As both S.L. Packaging and the Company are similarly engaged in the business of dealing in resin primaries, there were certain synergistic benefits to the Company through the introduction of S.L. Packaging as part of our Group.
In November 2007, Dynamic Colours Limited was successfully public listed in the main board of Singapore SGX.
In September 2016, the company received the Merit award for the Singapore Corporate Governance awards (Mid and small cap) and was also the Runner-Up for the Most Transparent Company award at the Singapore Investors’ Choice Awards.
In July 2017, Dynamic Colours Limited won the Best Managed Board Award (Silver) at the Singapore Corporate Awards (Companies with less than $300 million in market capitalisation).
